Meg Apps built the Cricket Betting Tips app (the "App") as a freemium app. The App offers free betting tips and an optional paid VIP subscription. This page explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts or precise location.

Information sent to our server (vipbetting.tips)

• Purchase identifier - An anonymous user ID generated by RevenueCat, used to check whether you have an active VIP subscription.
• Subscription status - Whether you are a free or VIP user, and whether you have made a purchase before.
• Push notification token - A Firebase Cloud Messaging token and your notification on/off setting, used to send you tip notifications.
• Device information - Device model, manufacturer, Android version, app version and package name, used for compatibility and troubleshooting.
• App integrity token - A Google Play Integrity token, used to verify that you are using a genuine copy of the App installed from Google Play.

Information collected by Google Firebase Analytics

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics, which automatically collects the following and sends it to Google on our behalf:

• App activity - App opens, screens viewed, session length, notifications received and opened, and in-app purchases.
• Device and app information - Device model, Android version, app version and language.
• Approximate location - Country or city, derived from your IP address.
• Identifiers - Your device's Android advertising ID and a Firebase app instance ID, used to measure app usage and audience demographics.

Log data

When the App connects to our server, the server may record standard log data such as your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address and the time and date of the request. This is used for security and to keep the service running reliably.

How We Use Information

We use the information above only to:

• Provide the App's content and unlock VIP tips for subscribers.
• Send tip notifications, if you allow notifications.
• Verify purchases and protect the App against tampering and abuse.
• Understand how the App is used so we can fix problems and improve it.

We do not use your information to show you advertising, and the App does not contain third-party ads.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below, which process it on our behalf to run the App.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services, Google Play Billing and Play Integrity
• Firebase Cloud Messaging and Firebase Analytics
• RevenueCat

Payments

VIP subscriptions and tips are purchased through Google Play. Payments are processed by Google, and we never receive your card or payment details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play subscriptions.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep the information sent to our server for as long as it is needed to provide the App to you. Firebase Analytics data is kept according to the retention period configured in our Firebase project, after which Google deletes it automatically.

To request deletion of the data associated with your device, email us at megapps2017@gmail.com with the name of the App and your device model. We will delete the matching records from our server.

Your Choices

• Notifications - You can turn tip notifications off at any time in the App's settings or in your device settings.
• Advertising ID - You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device settings (Settings > Google > All services > Ads).
• Uninstalling - Uninstalling the App stops all further collection.

Security

All data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Links to Other Sites

The App may contain links to other sites, such as our Telegram channel. These sites are not operated by us, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Age Requirement

The App contains sports betting content and is intended only for adults aged 18 or older, or the legal betting age in your location if that is higher. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has provided us with information, we will delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App, please contact us.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and take effect when they are posted.
